Landlord refuses to return deposit — what are my legal options?

Moved out of my Petaling Jaya apartment 3 months ago and my landlord is completely ignoring my messages about the RM3,500 deposit.

The unit was in good condition — I have timestamped photos to prove it. The TA says deposit must be returned within 30 days of vacating.

Steps I've taken so far:
- Sent 3 WhatsApp messages (all read, no reply)
- Sent a formal letter via registered post
- Filed a complaint with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims (TTPM)

The TTPM session is next month. Anyone been through this process? Did it actually work for you?
