Landlord Withholding Deposit for Minor Wear & Tear in Cyberjaya

Now, during the final inspection, my landlord pointed out a few tiny scratches on the parquet floor and said the wall needs repainting because of some faint marks where my sofa was. He wants to deduct a significant amount from my two-month security deposit for these "damages."
To me, these sound like normal wear and tear after three years of living there. I even did a thorough cleaning of the whole unit before the inspection. I have photos from when I moved in and before I moved out, but the "damages" are so minor it's really hard to definitively prove they existed or not.
What exactly constitutes "normal wear and tear" under Malaysian tenancy norms? And what are my rights if the landlord insists on deducting for things I believe are not actual damages? Any tips on how to negotiate this or what steps I can take to get my full deposit back?
