1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SuperHomes (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
- Scrape or harvest data without our written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
3. Agent and Developer Accounts
Registered agents and developers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and profile information. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our content standards or applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, software) is owned by SuperHomes or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission. User-submitted content (listings, photos) remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.
5. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of listing information. Property transactions are between buyers/renters and sellers/landlords; we are not a party to any transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, SuperHomes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
