Copyright & Takedown Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

SuperHomes respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users and partner agents to do the same. Some property listings — including photographs — are imported from third-party portals or submitted by agents. If you believe content on SuperHomes infringes your copyright or other rights, you may ask us to remove it using the notice-and-takedown procedure below, and we will act promptly.

1. How to submit a takedown request

Send a written notice to superhomes999@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright takedown request”, including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or material you claim has been infringed (e.g. the original photograph or listing).
  2. The exact location on SuperHomes of the material you want removed — the full listing URL(s) and, for photos, which image(s).
  3. Your name, postal address, email and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to superhomes999@gmail.com identifying the removed material, its previous location, and a statement (with your contact details and signature) that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We will review counter-notices on a case-by-case basis.

4. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances we may disable or terminate the accounts of agents or users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
