- Is Johor property the play of the decade?
Is Johor property the play of the decade?

Catalysts:
- RTS Link (Rapid Transit System) โ expected operational 2026
- Forest City ongoing but adapting
- Chinese FDI into data centres and manufacturing in Johor
- Singapore spillover demand as SG property becomes unaffordable
Risks:
- Political uncertainty on both sides
- Oversupply in certain segments (especially Forest City)
- Currency risk for SGD earners buying in MYR
If RTS goes live and Singapore workers start living in JB, areas within 2-3km of Bukit Chagar station could see 20-30% appreciation.
Big if. But what's your take?
