Taman Kuala Lipis

This single-story terrace house features a sturdy iron frame structure and a cement roof with a plastered or asbestos-free sheet ceiling. The walls are constructed using clay bricks or plaster, while the windows are sliding glass panes with aluminum frames, accompanied by adjustable or fixed glass louvered windows. The entrance door is made of wood, while the bedroom doors are crafted from plywood. Pvc doors are used for the bathrooms, and an iron door secures the back entrance. The dining and living areas boast elegant 2x2' ceramic tile floori
