Taman Seri Duyong

Taman Seri Duyong is a development of single-storey terrace houses. The houses feature reinforced concrete frames, brick walls with cement plaster, and concrete tile roofs. Interior finishes include ceramic tile flooring in the living, dining, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom areas. The bathroom walls are tiled up to 5 feet high. Other areas have cement plaster and paint. The development is secured with a 5-foot high brick and railing fence at the front and sides, and a GI wire fence at the back. Each unit is equipped with various electrical points, including a water heater point and an air conditioning point.
