Auction procedure1) only can inspect the property from outside. No viewing is allowed2) full name, ic number n address is needed for registration to the bank3) deposit of 10% on reserve price is needed to qualify as bidder4) deposit will b refund if the bidding is unsuccessful5) bidder are advised to check loan before proceed with auction . Once win the bidding deposit will cash in by bank. If bidder can't complete the process in time that's no refund for the deposit including loan rejected.6) property will sold as where as it basics
