Auction procedure

1) only can inspect the property from outside. No viewing is allowed

2) full name, ic number n address is needed for registration to the bank

3) deposit of 10% on reserve price is needed to qualify as bidder

4) deposit will b refund if the bidding is unsuccessful

5) bidder are advised to check loan before proceed with auction . Once win the bidding deposit will cash in by bank. If bidder can't complete the process in time that's no refund for the deposit including loan rejected.
