Auction procedure1) only can inspect the property from outside. No viewing is allowed2) full name, ic number n address is needed for registration to the bank3) deposit of 10% on reserve price is needed to qualify as bidder4) deposit will b refund if the bidding is unsuccessful5) bidder are advised to check loan before proceed with auction .
