TAMAN PERMATANG DUYONG 2

Taman Permatang Duyong 2 is a new housing development located in Malacca. The development comprises of single-storey terrace houses, semi-detached houses and bungalows. The houses have a land area ranging from 24x70 to 40x80 and a built-up area starting from 5000sq ft. Taman Permatang Duyong 2 is expected to be completed by March 2024.
