Bio

I am a professional Registered property negotiator from Vivahomes Realty. This user friendly website has been specifically designed for all of you because as a negotiator I always perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale and draw up real estate contracts. As an extensive knowledgeable of the real estate market agents, I already have an understanding of which neighborhoods are the best fit for a client needs and budgets, familiarization with the local tax and zoning laws and of where to obtain funding for property purchasing. I also able to provide professional free consultation on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. I am also a real estate negotiator registered with Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVEA). Owners are welcome to list your good properties with me as I would be much obliged if given an opportunity to market your good units. Ready buyers and tenants also available.
