Expertise in residential sales and lettings, with some experience in the commercial sector. I have worked within the Primary market for tier 1 developers in Malaysia (E & O Bhd, Hunza Bhd, Amarin Kiara Sdn Bhd) and on the secondary market for private individuals and corporations. Additionally, I have done specialist advisory work for a private equity firm involving commercial properties in the Klang Valley. This work involved reviewing refurbishment works, securing tenancies and subsequently building in an exit strategy. Notable success has been consultative input with a view to maximizing yields and retention of tenants. Our input and experience in Tenancy Management has resulted in tenancy retention rates of 8 years, and consisted higher yield's. Our geographical field of expertise is within the luxury neighborhoods of Kuala Lumpur. However, successfully transactions have also been concluded in Johor, Seremban and Penang.
