Having a strong will to learn new skill, Paul has broaden his knowledge in different segment of real estate particularly specialising in factory/land/heritage house/hotel in a short period of time. He was able to grab the opportunity to capture a piece of the market action when the of the industrial property soar. >2021 *PAUL LIM* In 2021, (7) Seven months time, created millions of Individual Performance Income, also surpass his own best sales performance. Apart from being a successful negotiator, Paul also display a strong leadership and form a team of over achievers. *2022* TRR PPA Group was founded in 2022. Initially, our team was small, and we faced many ups and downs, learning from each experience. Through these challenges, we gained new insights into our team's goal and direction, making appropriate reforms. In 2022, we dedicated ourselves to helping each partner grow their teams, providing all necessary support and resources. As a result, we expanded from 30 partners to 120, aiming for even greater breakthroughs in the coming year. *2023* After considerable effort, our team grew from 120 to 300 members in 2023. This year, our goals and vision became clearer. We also relocated to a brand-new office that can accommodate over 200 partners. We invested in the renovation and relocation to provide a more comfortable working environment and to conduct training and sharing sessions in a larger space.
