My humble beginnings were in Direct selling & IT related marketing services. I successfully built my career in real estate for the last 17 years.. As a Real-estate negotiator, I have succeeded in all aspects, representing vendors & buyers. Also working with investors, developers, lawyers, and bankers. I have successfully covered both residential and commercial markets. On my personal level, I love & believe in an active lifestyle & loves the outdoors. I do regular hiking & already concurred many rainforests including Mount Kinabalu. I also actively involved in charity events for orphanage homes. I'm a Certified Real Estate Agent (REN) by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia I have attended many local and international real-estate-related courses & workshops to elevate my professionalism & knowledge in this field.
