In 1995 after studying and sitting for the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agent, Malaysia (Board) exams, I obtained my license as a Registered Estate Agent (E1265) with the Board. Since then I have been Selling or Renting Residential, Commercial, Industrial Real Estate in and around Klang Valley of Kuala Lumpur. I have done Project Sales for Developers and has helped Danaharta (National Asset Management Company formed due to 1997-1998 crisis) in selling some of their big ticket items. I was a member of the Board's Committee as an interviewer for those aspiring to get a Registered Estate Agent license from 2016 - 2022.
