After approximately five years of hard work, I completed and passed my real estate theory and practical examination conducted by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers And Estate Agents Malaysia(BOVAEA) in 1999, I am a full fledged real estate agent and I am registered with BOVAEA. My registration no. is E 1503. My main area of concentration is in the industrial sector and to a lesser extent, the commercial and residential properties. I believe in having happy and satisfied customers and forming a good relationship with my clients. I have a passion in real estate. Every day is a new learning experience. I believe in having continuous professional development (CPD). I attend real estate seminars and I do reading on real estate to get myself up-dated and further improve myself in the field of real estate. I adhere to the code of ethics of BOVAEA.
