I was initially attached to Reapfield Properties for about 6 years and later moved on to start my own agency business, Deluxe Properties, in 2005. Prior to real estate business, I was the Senior Finance Manager with a prominent property developer based in Shah Alam. Over the past 20 odd years, I have been involved in the sales and marketing of properties in the primary and secondary markets located mainly in Klang Valley. My main focus is on residential, commercial and industrial sectors. During my tenure as the Principal of Deluxe Properties, I was in charge of the overall management of the Agency including recruitments, training and development, accounting and finance and etc. I graduated with a Degree in Accounting from University Malaya, KL in 1987 and a Diploma in Estate Agency in 2002. Currently, I am a registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers. I was a former member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Taxation.
