Sungai Buaya Land

This parcel of land encompasses a titled area of approximately 147.6 hectares/364.8 acres. The eastern boundary is adjacent to a TNB transmission line and reserve, while the southern and western perimeters connect with Bandar Sungai Buaya and Kampung Sungai Buaya, respectively. The land features a generally undulating terrain with several hillocks scattered throughout. It is currently cultivated with rubber trees and has areas of light undergrowth.
